The starting point
AKOO does not need introducing — it has the name, the product and the audience. What a label at that stage needs is a growth team that treats every season like an event: ads that know the difference between a loyal customer and a stranger, email and SMS that earn their send, and a plan for each drop written before the drop, not after it.
What we built
We took over the paid and lifecycle side. On Meta, the account is split by who is seeing the ad — people who already know AKOO get different creative and a different budget than people who do not — and the learning phase is protected instead of reset every time a number wobbles. On Google, the brand's own search demand is run apart from Shopping, so existing demand is never mistaken for new demand. In Klaviyo we audited every flow, rebuilt the ones that were sending a lot and earning little, and paired SMS with the campaign calendar.
What runs today
Every Monday AKOO gets a written report: what ran, what it cost against what each order is worth, and what we propose next. Every drop and holiday push starts with a plan we bring to them — offer, timing, audiences, the email and SMS sequence and the ad budget — so the label is deciding, not chasing.
