The starting point
ANØM makes distressed and stretch denim for retail stores. Selling direct online is a different business: small runs, sizes that sell out unevenly, and customers who need a reason to come back every couple of weeks instead of once a season.
What we built
We reworked the storefront around two lines — limited drops of a few washes each, and the 360, an always-in-stock stretch jean in every waist — and set up a drop every other Friday with its own collection, launch and ads. For the wholesale side we built ANØM a buyer app: a video feed of the newest styles, the current drops, and a shop that hands orders to their wholesale platform.
What runs today
Each drop runs on the same calendar: product in, pages live, launch on Friday at noon, with ad spend weighted to the first days while every size is still in stock. The wholesale app keeps store buyers looking at new styles between trade shows.
